About Us

The Insurors Group's most valuable asset is the relationships we have developed with our partner carriers. To protect and build upon these relationships, Insurors Group strives for effective strategies and measurable results. By focusing on these areas, the Insurors Group's efforts are aimed to provide our partner carriers the consistent, profitable growth that they have grown to expect.

Our key targets are:

Organic Growth Insurors Group's focus has always been organic growth, not just moving accounts from carrier to carrier; but rather, providing growth through new sales. To achieve organic growth, each agency has adopted a systematic sales training program for their production force. Our producers are trained as risk reduction advisors, not the usual "copy, quote and pray" salesmen. This sales approach fosters long-term relationships with clients that also result in a very profitable referral generation process.

Our members also operate under the philosophy of having no "part-time" clients. Our benefits division works very closely with the property and casualty division to make sure we are managing all of our client's risks.

Retention Insurors Group treats all renewals as a continuation process, not as a bidding war. There is no doubt that the culture of insurance buyers is slow to change, but we feel that by employing value added services, we are separating Insurors Group from every other agent on the street. By fulfilling our clients' risk management needs and concentrating on lowering their Total Cost of Risk, not just their premium, we are seeing very positive results in the retention of our larger accounts. The quality of support we receive from our partner carriers goes a long way to reinforce our retention efforts.

Profitability To continue providing our partner carriers with the profitability they have grown accustomed to from the Insurors Group, we are focusing our efforts on business practices that are directly tied to profit. We are continually discussing procedures to be sure that submissions received from Insurors Group are second to none which enables underwriters to make profitable decisions on their end. In addition, our prospecting efforts are focused around referrals from our current customers and trusted advisors. Our efforts with referrals have provided Insurors Group better clients not to mention a tremendous increase in our closing ratios.

Accountability The Insurors Group prides itself in being a marketing alliance, not a cluster. Our focus is growth, profitability and operating consistency among all members. We hold ourselves accountable to each other by reviewing each agency's financials on a quarterly basis, paying contingencies after minimum thresholds have been met with each carrier, and by providing producer incentives across all partners.

Professionalism By striving to hold us to higher industry standards, the Insurors Group is steadily earning the respect of our clients, carriers and peers. Our goal is to be the "Distribution Channel of Choice" of our carriers and the "Risk Reduction Advisor of Choice" of our clients.
